Many women I have talked too complain that their partner just wants sex and that they do not feel any love in the sex act. Their partner just seems in the sensations and enjoyments of sex with little connection in their heart.
In the Indian energy chakra system, the sex center and the heart center are located in different areas of the body. For many of us, particularly men, one keeps to connect and open both energy centers when making love.
If one habitually makes love one way, opening different energy centers can take some practice. The result is Sex cam becomes much more an act of love and even ecstasy.
Most men learnt to masturbate with little self love in the practice. All the focus was on the base chakra. If you are a man, ask yourself when you really felt that self pleasuring was an act of love to yourself.
I learnt a variation of this meditation in my early 20s. It was called the bliss technique. Deepak Chopra has a variation of this meditation in his ‘the Path to Love’ book.
This meditation might seem to be just too simple to be effective. However, I believe that the simplest practices can be the most profound. When practicing this meditation, I have a contacted waves of bliss arising from some deep part inside myself. The result of these experiences was a lovely deepening of my own self love.
It is good to learn this practice by sitting comfortably in a quiet room when you will not be disturbed. Generally, morning is best as you are the freshest. I have also practiced this meditation walking with excellent results.
Now close your eyes and focus on the area of your body where your heart is located. Focus on the center of the body, even though the actual physical heart is off the left a little.
Just feel and relax into this area of your body. Breathe gently. You can breathe into your heart. Some people like to breathe light into their heart.
Set an intention that your heart opens and speaks to yourself. If you get into thoughts be gentle with yourself and come back to your attention on your heart area. If you practice a mantra meditation, focus on the heart area in your meditation.
By doing this simple practice each day, you will find that your heart energy will become stronger. Areas of emotions and fears will be gradually released, letting your love flow.
I suggest to try this exercise for at least 2 weeks for 10 minutes or longer a day.
The advanced practice involves self pleasuring while focusing on your heart. Set up a loving space for this practice. I suggest music and candles and incense.
Start as in the above exercise. Then slowly self pleasure while focusing on your heart. Build up the energy slowly to just about orgasm and stop. Do this a few times. If you want to orgasm, then do this but remain focused on your heart.
See if you cam make masturbation a real act of self-love. Be gentle and loving with your self.
Advanced practice 2.
The next exercise if to do the advanced practice, but have your partner self pleasure you. Make eye contact and really let your love flow while you are being touched. Really let your love flow to your partner as the energy builds. Come close to orgasm 3 times. Communicate to your partner if you get too close. Breathe slow and deep. If you want to come, when you come imagine and feel you are giving concentrated love to your partner on the point of orgasm. Try to remain with open eyes if possible.
